Bryan Johnson: I'm Bryan Johnson. I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Radiance Technologies. We're a DoD contractor headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. I've been with the company about 19 years. We have 850 employees stretched across 13 different locations.
OneTeam allows us to track our revenue projections, our profit projections, our win percentages. We use it for bid and proposal budgeting. Before using OneTeam, we were mainly doing it via spreadsheet. Our managers all kind of had their own way of doing it, and that was one of the problems. It was not integrated at all.
Jon Schelmbauer: I'm Jon Schelmbauer, the Director of Intelligent Systems Operations here at Radiance Technologies. One of the things that I've really liked about OneTeam compared to a lot of other software that's built for government contractors is it's very user friendly. Most of the time, software for government contractors is approved but it's not very good. OneTeam is very, very easy to use and really helps make us more efficient.
Melissa Restrepo: My name is Melissa Restrepo and I'm the Operations Support Specialist for our integration and prototyping group. One of the great features about OneTeam is the integration with Office 365. We're able to pull OneTeam and consolidate that data through Power BI and pull dashboards that we can see across our different groups in the company. Our pipeline is the lifeblood of the company, and if we don't understand what we're tracking then we're going to be in trouble.
Bryan Johnson: We've brought data in from OneTeam, paired it with other data from our accounting system, for example, and we're able to look at dashboards from data all over the company. Data captured in OneTeam allows Radiance to forecast revenue, project profit, and track win percentages at all levels of their organization
Jon Schelmbauer: Being able to track what my business developers are out looking at as they're updating their opportunities, I can get pretty much real-time feedback.
Bryan Johnson: OneTeam has helped us improve our pipeline process by being able to view data at several different levels. We have, I think, 70 users now that are putting data into the tool, but that tool is in the cloud and can be used and parsed and looked at all different levels. So, we've got a holistic look at our pipeline process.
Jon Schelmbauer: We have all of our opportunities there. They're prioritized, so we only have to hit the most high priority ones. We also can keep tabs on ones that are coming up soon. We know if there is a proposal that's coming due soon or if there's something that we may have missed a date and we have to circle back. So, it lets us be much, much more efficient in our monthly meetings.
Bryan Johnson: If I was going to recommend it—and I would—it's just that visibility into your pipeline and being able to collaborate and have multiple people inputting data into the tool.
